Purpose:
The Milton and Tamar Maltz Family Foundation is a private non-operating foundation that provides pre-selected grants to charitable organizations which are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Program Areas:
The Foundation supports programs locally, nationally and internationally in the areas of the arts, health and human services, medical research, education and the environment.

Grant Guidelines:
The Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals or requests for funding.  Grants are made only to public U.S. charities and not to individuals.  Although there are no geographic restrictions, grants often reflect the needs of the communities in which Trustees reside.
